ST. ALi, a pioneer Melbourne merchant in specialty coffee established in 2005, has become an integral part of Aloha Espresso in Mount Gambier. Since its inception, ST. ALi has been an industry leader in establishing direct relationships with farmers, in-house roasting, and expert coffee brewing.
Aloha uses the ST. ALi Orthodox blend for both their black and milk based coffee. This well balanced medium roasted blend is made up of components sourced from various regions in Peru and Brazil. When brewed it produces flavour notes of milk chocolate, fudge and apple jam.
